These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to the use of the MYEVENTSPACE online platform. By completing registration and using our services, you explicitly agree to these terms.
MYEVENTSPACE provides a specialized online network for artists, venues, booking agencies, press representatives, and fans to enable presentation, networking, and direct contact within the live music industry.
MYEVENTSPACE exclusively provides the technical platform and contact opportunities. We act purely as a technical intermediary and at no point become a contractual party to agreements made between users.
We do not charge or claim any commissions, booking fees, or percentage shares on artist fees, ticket sales, contracts, or agreements concluded between parties through or as a result of the platform.
Venues and bookers can post dates and live performance slots ("Gigs"). Registered artists can apply directly to these slots using their artist profile and Electronic Press Kit (EPK).
Dates and concerts listed in the event calendar are published independently by the respective users. MYEVENTSPACE is neither the event promoter nor the ticket seller.
We assume no warranty for the actual execution, admission times, age restrictions, or pricing of linked third-party ticket outlets.
The notice board serves exclusively for music-related classifieds (e.g., musician searches, instruments, equipment, rehearsal spaces).
Commercial spam, off-topic postings, or unlawful content are strictly prohibited. Ads have a limited validity and will be deleted automatically upon expiration including uploaded media.
Users can leave reviews and testimonials for other profiles and utilize the internal messaging system.
Every user is solely and fully responsible for all content uploaded or linked by them (profile pictures, band logos, gallery images, press photos, PDF riders, press kits, audio/video links).
The user warrants that they hold all necessary copyright, licensing, trademark, and personal rights for the provided content. The user agrees to fully indemnify and hold MYEVENTSPACE and its operator harmless against any third-party claims (including reasonable legal defense costs).
Legal note on disclosure: In the event of substantiated infringements or official orders, we reserve the right to disclose legally required information to rights holders or authorities to resolve the matter.
MYEVENTSPACE assumes no warranty or liability for the correctness, timeliness, completeness, or authenticity of profile information provided by users (such as sound gear, capacities, contact details, or availability).
We strive for uninterrupted platform availability, but assume no guarantee for continuous uptime, data loss due to force majeure, or technical disruptions.
Registration and usage for artists and fans is permanently free of charge. Users can delete their account at any time without notice or request deletion.
In the event of serious violations of these ToS, statutory provisions, or public decency, the operator reserves the right to suspend user accounts temporarily or permanently (ban) and deactivate existing profiles.
We reserve the right to amend or expand these ToS at any time, especially to reflect legal changes, technical advancements, or new platform features.
Continued use of the platform after changes have taken effect constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
All legal relations between users and the operator of MYEVENTSPACE shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and conflict-of-law rules.
The court with subject-matter and local jurisdiction for 9061 Reifnitz am Wörthersee (Austria) is agreed upon as the exclusive place of jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
Should individual provisions of these ToS be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions (Severability Clause).
